Challenge
When Dondy approached me, their brand identity and digital presence didn’t fully reflect the value and innovation they bring to their clients. Moreover, their branding lacked consistency and clarity, making it difficult for potential customers to grasp the true value of the platform.
Dondy needed a fresh, modern brand identity that would resonate with their target market, and a user-friendly, visually appealing website that would help convert visitors into customers.
Solution
I worked closely with Dondy to understand the brand's core values and craft a brand identity that was modern, approachable, and communicated trust and innovation. The visual identity was designed to create a balance between professional, tech-savvy, and a friendly approach.

Research
Target Audience: We identified that Dondy’s primary audience includes small to medium-sized businesses looking to streamline their sales and customer service via WhatsApp. Understanding their pain points (e.g., difficulty in reaching customers, time-consuming processes) helped us design a website that would speak directly to these needs.
Persona Development: Based on the research, we created two primary user personas:

Small Business Owner Sam: A hands-on entrepreneur who needs a simple and efficient way to manage customer interactions and sales via WhatsApp.

Sales Manager Sofia: A sales manager at a mid-sized business looking for automation tools to streamline her team’s communication and improve lead conversion.
These personas helped us ensure the website spoke to both technical and non-technical users.
Simplicity
A clean layout with intuitive navigation, allowing users to easily understand Dondy’s value proposition.
User Flow
Streamlined content with a logical progression that educates the user, from understanding the service to taking action (signing up, starting a trial, or booking a demo).
Responsive Design
A fully responsive website that functions seamlessly across all devices, ensuring a positive experience for users no matter where they access the site from.
